Day 24



Today has been a good day.  It has been interesting to see, according to my fitbit, how well I sleep.  The only thing is I need to go to bed earlier.  Five hours or so is not enough.

Total Calories for today figure out to be about 2874.  Calories are up a lot today. Not good.   I want the calories down to about 1800 or so.  I know what to do, I just need to get on the stick and do it.  I know I keep saying that and hopefully it going to sink in this hard head very soon. And time to confess my steps were only about 8,500 today.  Need to get them back up to 10,000 or my ex-boss is going to be after me.  The water was no problem because I am always drinking water.
