This recipe comes from www.primaverakitchen.com I am always trying new smoothie recipes but also trying to make them as healthy as possible. Vickie always likes it when I make smoothies. Come to think of it, if the grand kids are hear they like it too.
Cherry Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cubes of ice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh cherries
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia
- optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a blender container combine all the ingredients.
- Cover and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds or so.
- Taste to adjust flavor and serve immediately. Enjoy.
