Day 15




The last day of being a school lunch lady.  It is a bitter sweet day.  I thoroughly like the lady I work for and have enjoyed the school but a lot of things are forcing this change, not the least of these being my health.  Should hit 10,000 steps today and it some respects it will be nice to get away from the temptation of school lunch because contrary to what the kids say, most of them are actually pretty good.

Total Calories for today figure out to be about 2820.  OUCH.  Got to get this under control, at least today they went down about 200 calories from yesterday.  I know what to do, I just need to get on the stick and do it.  I know I keep saying that and hopefully it going to sink in this hard head very soon. At least my steps were back up to about 10,200 today.  I want the calories down to about 1800 or so.  The water was no problem because I am always drinking water.
