Today started out pretty normal. I woke not feeling hungry, which was nice. I am finding out that the longer I refrain from having sugar, the easier it is so stay away from it. I guess what they say is true, it is addictive. Who knew?

Total Calories for today figure out to be about 2420. Calories are up by about 100 today. I want the calories down to about 1800 or so. I know what to do, I just need to get on the stick and do it. I know I keep saying that and hopefully it going to sink in this hard head very soon. And time to confess my steps were only about 7,900 today. The water was no problem because I am always drinking water.
