Day 12




Today is Friday.  Always a good day but especially today because I only have one day left to work for the school district.  I has been a lot of fun.

Total Calories for today figure out to be about 2800.  OUCH.  Got to get this under control.  I know what to do, I just need to get on the stick and do it.  I want it down to about 1800 or so.  2800 is to high, Even though with my 10,000 plus steps it should be okay,  Total steps for today is about 10,100,  still over the 10,000 mark.  This makes me happy.  The water was no problem because I am always drinking water.
