I have to apologize. I know I am behind in posting my food log but I do have a reason, ,y computer locked up and I couldn't work on this blog or anything else for the last couple of days. I would get access for a minute or so and then it would lock up again. I think computers have their own agenda. All that being said, I should have everything caught up by tomorrow night.Thanks for your patience and not giving up on me.
