Okay, I made through day 2. I was a little harder than yesterday but it is all good. I wasn't hungry this morning but I found my myself craving sugar. I have gone cold turkey off of sugar starting yesterday. I have a large sweet tooth and not having any is hard on this old boy. One of these days I will take a picture of my candy stash so you can all see how bad my sweet tooth is. I keep Smarties in my coat I wear to church for the kids and any one that asks. But then I also have candy by my computer for the grand kids. Usually there is sugar within reach of wherever I happen to be in the house.
One good thing though, today I cleaned out a shelf in the kitchen that had candy on it and it went in the trash. I know you are thinking that's what I need to do with the rest of it but I don't think that is going to happen. I take after my grandfather in that way. When my grandfather passed away and they were going through his things, they found at least 4 of the 54 quart Coleman coolers full of candy stored in the shed behind his house. The chocolate in it had turned white, it had been there so long. Maybe that is what my family will find when I am no longer on this earth. Not quite so much though. LOL.......

My calorie total for today is 2031. I would have had a good day if I had not had the Cherry Limeade but I can not beat my self up for it. My body is doing that for me. Tomorrow is another day. My total step s were also foo today, just got over 7,000. I need to get that up to a minimum of 10,000.
