Day 9





I need to make eating good a habit and quit messing around.  I need to keep my sleep at about about 6 1/2 to seven hours a night and get moving and make swimming a major part of my exercise.  When I swam regularly a number of years ago I was able to lose weight and keep it off.  Hopefully, when my stretch at the school things will be to get on a regular schedule and routine.

Total Calories for today figure out to be about  2560.  My food consumption is out of control.  I have fallen back into my old habits.  Total steps fr today is about 11,200.  That is the only thing that is going in my favor.  The water was no problem because I am always drinking water.
