As I posted earlier, I have been having problems with my computer locking up but whatever was causing it seems to have been cleared up and now I have to get caught up.The day started alright. I felt kind of miserable last night after having cake with the grand kids. I actually had a small piece but the sugar through me. I have been cutting down severely on the sugar intake. I am smarter than to say I will give up sugar completely, although I am cutting down considerably. And that is quite a start for me because of my candy stash. I blame it on my grand kids but grandpa likes having it around. Most of the things I have read say you need to get rid of all the temptations because it is usually to much trouble to go out and buy something. For me, if I set my mind to it, it is no temptation to have the treats around. As time goes by I may change my mind though.
