Day 3


Day 3 started like the other two days.  I wasn't really hungry.  But I still eat breakfast within an hour of getting up.  It has been a real eye opener having to write down what I eat and post it for everyone to see.  I am drinking between 64 and 100 ounces of water everyday.  Very little milk, maybe 8-12 ounces every couple of days.  Soda very rarely, in fact the one I had last night made me a little sick.

Anyway, now for the stats......

Total calories for the day.....2421.  Ouch, BIG OUCH.  But my Dr.'s have told me I can have up 2500-2700 a day as along as I exercise for at least 30 minutes and still lose weight.  I trying to hold my count closer to 1600-1800 a day.  Can't let this number come up again because it undoes all I have been trying to do.  Kind of like a F in school can lower your GPA in a hurry.

I am going to start following the diet my friend will be on , now that he has had his bariatric surgery.  Even my steps went the wrong way today.  I only got about 7,000 steps today.  As a friend of mine has told me, "the only way is up"
